Sign-Up Guide for Maple Drive

Welcome to Maple Drive, your platform for exclusive job offers. This guide walks you through creating your profile.

Step 1: Initial Sign-Up

  1. Visit the Maple Drive website.

  2. You'll see a page titled "Access exclusive job offers from family offices."

  3. Click on "Upload your resume" to begin the process.

  4. After uploading your resume, fill in the following information:

  • Email address

  • Full name

  • Create a strong password

5. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Alternatively, you can choose to sign up using your Google, Apple, or LinkedIn account for a quicker process.

Note: Uploading your resume at the beginning will allow our system to parse your information and auto-fill many of

the following fields. However, please review all auto-filled information for accuracy before proceeding.

Step 2: Personal Details

  1. Upload a profile picture (optional but recommended).

  2. Enter your phone number. Note: Employers will be able to see your phone number and contact you regarding your application.

  3. Enter your current job title.

  4. Provide your location.

  5. Indicate whether you're open to remote work by toggling the switch.

  6. Click "Continue" to move to the next step.

Step 3: Expertise

  1. Select your seniority level from the dropdown menu (e.g., Senior: 10+ years of experience).

  2. Enter your skills. These will appear as tags

  3. List the languages you speak.

  4. Click "Continue" to proceed.

Step 4: Work Experience

  1. For each relevant work experience:

  • Enter the company name

  • Specify your role at the company

  • Provide the company's website (if applicable)

  • Set the start and end dates of your employment

  • If you currently work there, toggle "I still work here”

2. Click "Save" to add the experience to your profile.

3. Use the "+ Add" button to include multiple work experiences.

4. Once you've added all relevant experiences, click “Continue".

Step 5: Education

  1. For each educational experience:

  • Enter the school name

  • Specify your degree

  • Select the degree type from the dropdown menu

  • Set the start and end dates

2. Click "Save" to add the education to your profile.

3. Use the "+ Add" button to include multiple educational experiences.

4. Once you've added all relevant education, click “Continue".

Step 6: Certifications & Accolades

  1. Enter any relevant awards or achievements:

  • Provide the award name

  • Add a description to share some background about the award

  • Click "Save" to add the certification or accolade to your profile.

2. Use the "+ Add" button to include multiple entries.

3. This step is optional, but can significantly enhance your profile.

4. Click "Continue" when you're done.

Step 7: Links

  1. Add links where employers can learn more about you:

  • Enter the URL (e.g., portfolio website, LinkedIn profile, GitHub repository)

  • Click "Save" to add the link to your profile.

2. Use the "+ Add" button to include multiple links.

3. This step is optional but can provide employers with more insight into your work.

4. Click "Continue" when you're finished.

Step 8: Expectations

  1. Set your pay expectations:

  • Choose between Annual or Hourly pay

  • Enter your minimum and maximum expected salary range

2. Write a Professional Summary: This is your chance to introduce yourself to potential employers. Highlight your key strengths and career goals.

3. Select your Work Preference from the dropdown menu (e.g., 5 days in the office, fully remote, hybrid)

4. Click "Complete onboarding" to finish your profile setup.

Final Steps

  1. Review all the information you've entered for accuracy.

  2. If you need to make changes, use the navigation at the top of the page to go back to specific sections.

  3. Once you're satisfied with your profile, submit your information.

Returning to Maple Drive

If you're a returning user:

  1. Click on "Log in" if you already have an account.

  2. Enter your email address and password.

  3. Alternatively, use the "Continue with Google”,"Continue with Apple”, or “Continue with LinkedIn” options if you used those to sign up.

  4. If you've forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" to reset it.

Important Notes

  • The resume parsing tool will attempt to auto-fill much of this information based on your uploaded resume. However, it's crucial to review all fields for accuracy and completeness.

  • Your profile information will be visible to potential employers, so ensure it's professional and up-to-date.

  • You can edit your profile information after signing up by accessing your account settings.

Congratulations! You've now created your Maple Drive candidate profile. You'll be able to access exclusive job listings from top employers and apply to positions that match your skills and experience.
