If you're available at the proposed time:
Click "Accept Time".
The popup will close, and the interview will be listed as active in your "Interviews" tab.

If you need to reschedule:
Click "Suggest New Time".
A calendar popup will appear, showing the job poster's availability.
Select an available date and time that works for you.
Click "Confirm" to send your new time suggestion to the interviewer.
Declining the Interview
If you wish to decline the interview:
Click "Decline Interview and Withdraw Application".
A new popup will appear, giving you the option to explain your reason for declining (this is optional).
After providing a reason (or skipping this step), click the "Decline" button.
You'll see a final confirmation asking if you're sure you want to decline and withdraw your application. This action cannot be undone.
If you confirm, your application will be withdrawn, and the interview will be cancelled.
Important Notes
Interview invitations expire 72 hours from the time of invite. Respond promptly to ensure you don't miss out on opportunities.
If you suggest a new time, the interviewer will need to confirm the new time or propose another alternative.
Declining an interview also withdraws your application for the position. Only choose this option if you're certain you no longer wish to be considered for the role.
