Why was my application closed?

Your application may have been closed for a number of reasons. Either the job poster closed the job, went with somebody else, or decided your profile was not a good fit. We encourage you to continue applying for jobs on Maple Drive.

What information should I include in my profile?

Your profile should include your personal details (name, contact info, location), expertise (skills, languages, seniority level), work experience, education, certifications, professional links, and career expectations including salary requirements.

Can I edit my profile after creating it?

Yes, you can edit your profile at any time by clicking on your profile picture and selecting "Profile". On your profile, you will find various 'Edit' buttons to change the corresponding details.

How do I search for jobs on the platform?

You can use the search bar and various filters including location, salary range, and job type to find relevant positions in the "Explore Jobs" section.

How do I track my applications?

You can view all your submitted applications in the "Applications" section, where you'll see their current status.

Can I message employers directly?

Candidates cannot initiate conversations with employers. Employers will contact you through the platform's messaging system if they're interested in your application. From here, you will have the opportunity to ask questions and confirm details relevant to the role and your qualifications.

Can I withdraw my application?

Yes, you can withdraw any application that you have submitted at any point in the hiring process. We encourage you to withdraw your application for any job opportunity that you are no longer interested in.
