Yes. When posting your job, you will see the option to toggle "Hide company name from listing". Enabling this will show your company name as "Private" on the created job post. Alternatively, enabling "Confidential" in your settings will default all jobs to be posted as "Private".

Self-service job postings allow you to manage your own applicants, interviews, and entire hiring process for your role. This allows you to post your jobs on the Maple Drive platform and gain access to our exclusive talent pool. Concierge job postings on the other hand offer a more traditional retained recruitment approach. Choosing Concierge for your job posting will initiate an outreach to one of our expert recruiters who will then assist you in the entire hiring process ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

Self-service jobs on Maple Drive remain active for 30 days from posting. This allows us to ensure jobs on our platform are actively open and relevant. During job posting, you will have the option to select Auto-Renewal, selecting this will renew your job beyond the 30-day limit until you cancel. Alternatively, you can select to renew an expired job from your dashboard.

When you post a job on Maple Drive, the name of your organization is public on the job posting by default. If you would like your company to remain confidential, select "Hide company name from listing" during that job posting or select "Confidential" in your settings to apply this to all job postings. Your contact information is never shared with candidates, we encourage the use of our secure messaging center when communicating with candidates to maintain this privacy.

If you have decided to make the switch from self-service to Concierge, you will need to create a new job and select Concierge as the posting method on the final step.
