How to Post a Job on Maple Drive

Post on Maple Drive: Learn to create and publish jobs to attract top talent in Family Office, Venture Capital, and Private Equity sectors.

Step 1: Job Details

  1. Click on "Create a new job" from your dashboard.

  2. You'll see a page titled "Job details".

  3. Fill in the following information:

  • Job title: Enter the title for the position you're hiring for.

  • Primary Discipline: Select from the dropdown menu (e.g., Administrative).

  • Company: Your company name will be pre-filled. You can type "Confidential" if you don't want your company name to be displayed.

  • Company summary: Describe your company values and the type of individuals you're looking for.

  • Workplace type: Choose from options like "In-person", "Remote", or "Hybrid".

  • Employment type: Select either "Full-time" or "Part-time".

  • Location: Enter the city, state, and zip code.

  • Assistance with relocation: Toggle on if you're offering relocation assistance.

4. Under "Discovery", you can choose to hide your company name from the listing for added privacy.

5. Click "Next step" to proceed.

Step 2: Job Requirements

  1. You have two options to start:

  • Upload and Autofill: Upload an existing job description to auto-populate fields.

  • Job Description Builder: Use our AI-powered tool to create a tailored job description based on the details that you do have.

2. Skills: Enter required skills. These will appear as tags (e.g., ui design, web design, ux design, etc.), you must select at least 3 skills.

3. Role & responsibilities:

  • Provide a high-level overview of the role (2-5 sentences).

  • List points of general responsibilities.

  • Indicate specific experience or qualifications required.

4. Seniority: Select the level of experience required (e.g., Senior: 10+ years of experience).

5. Other details: Toggle on "Degree required" if applicable.

6. Click "Next step" to continue.

Step 3: Compensation

  1. Select the pay type: Annual or Hourly.

  2. Enter the salary range: Minimum to Maximum.

  3. You can choose to hide the salary from the listing, but note that jobs with visible salaries typically receive 30% more applicants.

  4. Benefits: Enter the benefits offered (e.g., flexible work hours, office space, unlimited time off).

  5. Select your posting tier:

  • Self-service ($799): Discreet and immediate posting promoted to a targeted audience.

  • Concierge White-glove recruiting with transparent reporting. Contact sales for pricing.

6. Automatically Renew Listing: Toggle this option if you want your job posting to automatically renew until the position is filled or you close the role. This does not apply to job posted on Maple Drive with Concierge service.

Step 4: Review and Post

  1. Review all the information you've entered.

  2. If you've chosen the Self-service option:

  • Click "Purchase & post job" to proceed to the payment processor.

  • Complete the payment, and your job will go live on the Maple Drive platform.

Note: Self-service job postings last for 30 days unless you've selected the "Automatically Renew Listing" option.

3. If you've chosen the Concierge option:

  • Click "Schedule intake call" to be directed to a scheduling page.

  • Choose a time for an intake call with one of our in-house recruiters.

  • During this call, the recruiter will discuss your specific role and begin the process of sourcing qualified candidates for you.

Next Steps

For Self-service postings:

  • Your job is now live on the platform. You can start reviewing applications as they come in.

  • If you selected "Automatically Renew Listing," your posting will continue to renew until you fill or close the job.

If you didn't select automatic renewal, remember that your posting will expire after 30 active days on Maple Drive. You will be reminded before your job expiries with the option to renew.

For Concierge service:

You will receive an email to confirm your meeting and help prepare you for your intake call. Our recruiter will guide you through the next steps in the hiring process
