Accessing Settings
Log in to your Maple Drive account.
Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar.
Members
The Members tab allows you to manage your team on Maple Drive.
Inviting Team Members
Enter the work email address of the person you want to invite.
Click "Send invite”.
Managing Existing Members
View a list of all team members, including their names, email addresses, and permissions.
Change permissions by clicking on the dropdown menu next to each member's name.
Remove members by clicking the trash can icon. This will remove their access to your organization and all job postings attached.
Permission Levels
Admin: Full access to all features and settings.
User: Limited access, typically for team members who assist with hiring but don't need full control.
Company Settings
The Company Settings tab allows you to manage your organization's profile on Maple Drive.
Company Name
Enter or edit your company name in the provided field.
Note: If "Confidential" is selected, your company name won't be visible on job listings.
Company Logo
Click "Edit logo" to upload or change your company logo.
Note: If "Confidential" is selected, your company logo won't be visible on job listings.
Privacy Options
Toggle "Confidential" to hide your company details from all job listings.
Toggle "Use Maple Drive icon" to use a generic icon instead of your logo for added privacy.
Saving Changes
Always click "Save changes" at the bottom of the page to apply your updates.
Billing
The Billing tab provides an overview of your payments and allows you to manage your billing information.
Payment History
View a list of all payments, including job title, amount paid, payment date, and status.
Download receipts by clicking the "Download" button next to each payment.
Search Payments
Use the search bar to find specific payments by job title or other criteria.
Notifications
The Notifications tab allows you to manage your email notification preferences.

Job Posting Live
Job Closed
Candidate Applied
Message Received
Interview Scheduled
Interview Changed
Managing Notifications
Toggle each notification type on or off according to your preferences.
Click "Save changes" to apply your settings.
Availability
The Availability tab lets you set your general interview availability for candidates. If your work calendar is connected to your Maple Drive account, candidate will only be able to re-suggest interview times that fall into this availability and are not already occupied.
Setting Available Times
Toggle on the days you're available for interviews.
Set start and end times for each day.
Use the "+" button to add multiple time slots per day.
Use the duplicate icon to copy a time slot to other days.
Timezone
Select your timezone from the dropdown menu.
Click "Save changes" to update your availability.
Best Practices
Team Management:
Regularly review your team members and their permission levels to ensure proper
access control.
Company Privacy:
Use the confidentiality options if you need to keep your company identity private during the hiring process. Details such as your contact information are always kept private from candidates.
Notifications:
Customize your email notification settings to stay informed to your liking.
Availability:
Keep your interview availability up to date to streamline the scheduling process with
candidates.
